Everything met my needs, and I would gladly book here again. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this clean, cozy hotel. the location is fantastic, as it’s situated in a very central area near numerous tourist attractions and the V&A Waterfront, along with two great pubs, Hudsons and Buena Vista Social Cafe, just down the road. Being on the Main Road made it even more convenient. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The staff is excellent. They really try to make you feel at home. Also, the location is good -- a 10 minute walk to the Waterfront, the Robben Island tour, etc. It's easy to find taxi's. Nice atmosphere.
The wireless didn't work in the room. In the common areas it was also inconsistent.

I have enjoyed my stay and rconment itto everyone, I will use this location again on my next visit. Central location, very flexible and kind staff and the whole situation provides a very nice and lay back feeling. Easy to find, good breakfast, sweet rooms and very reasonably priced.
I had booked this location because of free wifi. This was indeed the case but I had to be on the pattio or terras to havea connection. With some wifi extenders, I could have enjoyed wifi in my own room which I had preffered because of the privacy and the fact that I needed power to charge my laptop. I had to arrange a European converter myself because the manager could not provide this. Hopefully better nexttime?!
